Sarah Jackson is an accomplished and widely experienced hospitality manager. With more than 19 years in the industry and experience with various brands, she has a wealth of operational knowledge to pull from.
As a Stephen F. Austin University student, she was recruited by the Landry’s Corporation, where she worked in many roles, including restaurant management and Food and Beverage director. In 2017 Sarah began working for MMS as the General Manager of the Emerald by the Sea.
Sarah develops a winning team held to the highest standards with a welcoming smile and an eager ear. Her focus is on strong financial results, excellent customer service, and building a strong positive community. Sarah is known for her relationship-building and positive employee management style.
